This weeks quiz was won by Jays Mob with 47 points closely followed by Peanuts with 46 and in third place Go With The Flow with 43 points.
The General Knowledge was shared by Jays Mob and Peanuts both on 38 points, in third place came Just Us with 36 points.
The Picture Quiz was shared by The Golden Girls, We Three, Jays Mob and Family Fortunes all getting 9 out of 10 on T.V. Commercials.
Steve solved the anagram in a fast time and earned his team Jays Mob the extra point.

Sad news this week as we find out that Joan from Go With The Flow died last friday, she will be sadly missed, because of this we dedicated tonights quiz in memory of Joan.
The General Knowledge Quiz was won by Just Us with 48 points in second place came Go With The Flow with 47 points, tying for third place were Friends, Peanuts and University Challenged, Friends won the tie break question and moved into third place.
The Picture Quiz was shared by seven teams with the maximum of 10 out of 10.
The anagram was won by Steve from Jays Mob and they recieved the extra point, the anagram was (Golden Eagle)
Joan would of been proud of her team as they have leap frogged over Corner 5 and now stand proudly at the top.

Sad start to the quiz this week as we find out that Joan from Go With The Flow who has been a loyal supporter of the quiz since the start died last friday.

So as a tribute to Joan we dedicated this quiz to her, i hope there is a quiz in heaven for ready for her.

The quiz this week was won by Just Us with 48 points, in second place came Go With The Flow one point behind on 47, three teams tied for third place on 44 points, Friends won the tie break so took third place.

The Picture Quiz had 7 teams on maximum score with 10 out of 10 they were Go With The Flow, Peanuts, Friends,

Corner 5 are moving away from their rivals after a good win today.
Cotner5 claim first place with 45 points in second place came last years champions Friends with 44 points and in third place where Go With The Flow.
The General Knowledge Quiz was shared by Corner 5 and Go With The Flow with 35 points each the Picture Quiz had four teams with maximum score of 10 out of 10 they were Corner5, Friends, Peanuts and Jays Mob.
Corner 5 were the first team to solve the anagram (Southern Comfort) and recieved the extra point.

Now into the second month of 2009 and Corner 5 are still holding on to top spot, but the overall winner of this weeks quiz were University Challenged winning a tie break question over Go With The Flow both having 44 points, four teams tied on 42 points but Corner 5 won the tie break question to get third place.
In the General Knowledge Quiz three teams tied for first place on 36 points they were Go With The Flow, University Challenged and Jays Mob.
The Picture Quiz on celebrities was shared by Corner 5 and Hopeless Beginners both getting 9 of the ten celebrities correct.
University Challenged solved the anagram first (I Don't Like Monday's) so they recieved the extra point.
